Australian Emily Webb suggests not paying rent if you’re ‘hot’
The 25-year-old TikToker, who has a following of 65,000, told her audience how she had been sleeping on friends’ sofas. But she came up with another approach that would let her stay with others without feeling like she was over-relying on friends.
Her income comes from her work on OnlyFans and her growing Instagram, where she has nearly 170,000 followers.
Her approach involved using the dating app Hinge to meet men and then staying at their apartments for a few days before moving on to someone else.
In an interview with news.com.au, she elaborated: “I’ve been on dating apps finding different guys’ places to stay with, and it is going surprisingly well. I don’t usually tell them. I don’t want to put pressure on anyone.”
The OnlyFans creator explained that not paying her AU $1,000 weekly rent allowed her to save quite a bit of money, adding: “It is good not paying rent. The places I’m looking at are around $1,000 a week, and I’m saving so much.”
Another user concluded: “I’ve seen a few of these videos and I’ve come to the conclusion this is satire lol.”
In her more recent TikToks, she seems to be filming from the same apartment regularly, which suggests she may have found a more stable place to call home.
